Jobs are varied and diverse – from operational roles such as branch management, customer service, driving, valeting, servicing and MOTs, to administration, accounts, sales, human resources, marketing and insurance.
We have an ongoing Management Trainee program that targets ambitious graduates, and a range of apprenticeships in both office and mechanical roles.
Our branches are also diverse, from city to market town locations in our network of 15 branches. They vary in size depending upon the service needs of their local area, but each branch maximises revenue by efficiently managing our network of vehicles to bookings. This takes team work across the branches and strong management, which we are proud to have developed over the last 35 years.

Our business is growing and so opportunities to develop the U-Drive team continue to arise. There are many routes that current employees can work their way up the career ladder within the company. We’ve had apprentices join to the team to become managers, a graduate trainee now runs a sales branch – the opportunities are there for those with the drive to succeed.
Our Management Trainee program is not exclusively for graduates, we are always looking for any keen candidates showing the potential to be a manager of the future to apply, and those who succeed could be fast-tracked into a management role.
